Yes, we provide counseling in both offline and online mode. The client could opt according to what is comfortable for them. All sessions are with prior appointment only.

The counseling sessions are typically for an hour but there is no hard and fast rule. It depends on the needs of our clients.

It is completely normal for the presenting problem to change over the course of sessions. So, you don’t have to book again, the sessions will continue depending on your need and what you wish to work on.

Therapy needs utmost privacy and we believe that trust is a prime factor in a therapeutic relationship to create a safe space. All that you speak to us is highly kept confidential. It’s our promise on the consent form too!

Firstly, you don’t need to have a problem to come to therapy. However, there are no restrictions or limitations when it comes to what can be helped and what cannot be.

You need to book the session at least one week prior. However, if there is dire need in case of emergency situations you can always call the office and book your session.

Usually first sessions are mostly the “getting to know phase”. The counselor would focus on getting to know you to help you as you work on yourself.

When you talk to a therapist, if you feel safe, connected. Then that’s it.

Therapy is no magic and needs time for you to see the change within yourself while self awareness is built over the course of sessions which can also serve as an indicator to know if you’re with the right counselor.
